ㄧ、錄取者於4月20日(星期日)當日8時至12時止，持報到切結書 及准考證、兩吋大頭照、戶口名簿影本至本校一樓集英堂辦理報到手續(棒球專長錄取者家長需再前往活動中心棒球隊辦公室再填寫相關資料)逾期以棄權論。
二、複查：考生對成績若有疑問，請於114年4月12日（星期六）下午4時前，憑准考證向本校學務處體育組申請複查。
