| (二) | 研習地點：國立臺南大學啟明苑308室。 |
| 三、 | 檢附本案來函、實施計畫議程表各1份，請貴校本權責核予報名參加人員公(差)假登記，參加人員並得於活動結束後2年內在課務自理及不支領代課鐘點費原則下核實補休。 |
