| 說明： |
| 一、 | 依據國立臺南大學114年1月3日南大視訓字第1140000054號 函辦理。 |
| 二、 | 旨揭計畫摘要如下（詳如附件）： |
| (一) | 日期：114年2月4日（星期二）至2月7日（星期五），上午8時30分至下午5時20分。 |
| (二) | 地點：國立臺灣師範大學博愛樓R113教室（暫訂）。 |
| (三) | 報名對象為已具備聽障教育之基礎能力及專業，具以下資格之一者： |
| １、 | 已修習106至112年度聽障專業10學分班以上者(10 學分、13 學分)。 |
| ２、 | 大學或研究所已修畢聽障教育基礎課程10學分。 |
| (四) | 報名方式：於114年1月13日（星期一）前，將報名表傳真或郵寄送至臺南大學視障教育與重建中心。 |
| (五) | 學員受訓期間請學校本權責核予公(差)假登記。 |
