一、旨揭表揚公告徵件期間自即日起至113年8月31日止，參選方式如下：
(一) 自行參選：由參選人以本人名義自行申請。
(二) 推薦參選：由政府機關、學校或政府立案之民間團體(機構)推薦，且應繳附被推薦者親自簽屬之同意書。
二、檢附本案函文、「桃園市客家卓越貢獻人員表揚要點(含報名表)」及「桃園市客家卓越貢獻人員2024年參選注意事項」各1份。
