申請條件:
一、現就讀國內公、私立國中及國小的在學生。
二、其父或母一方為與我國國民結婚之外國人士。
三、
(1)持有低收或中低收入證明、弱勢兒童或少年生活扶助等有效證明文件。
(2)失親或家庭遭受特別變故。
以上二擇一。
四、在學期間表現優良，包含前一學期之學業成績在乙等以上(國中)、品德優良無懲處紀錄者。
五、申請期限: 即日起至4月17日止。
