一、目的:
為嘉勉並協助品學兼優之清寒優秀學生，鼓勵學生努力向學並培養其傳承愛心及對社會關懷，在未來隨時能伸出援手幫助他人。
二、申請對象:
在本市設籍滿半年以上的九年級國中學生(限本國籍學生)，每校每學年各提供2名。
三、獎學金金額: 每學年每名學生新台幣5000元整。
