| 一、 | 為鼓勵對餐飲技職有興趣之國中學生能順利就學，本校提供開平之星獎學金，期望開平優秀學子成為臺灣及國際餐飲界之人才，申請辦法(詳附件一)。 |
| 二、 | 本校為落實精緻化，人文化之高品質教育及協助認同開平餐飲之中低收、低收入戶學生，順利完成學業，本校並提供安心入學助學金，申請辦法(詳附件二)。 |
