二、 旨揭遊程以農村田間導覽及米食教作體驗為主軸，規劃全國北、中、南、東各地區8條示範遊程及7條推薦遊程（共15條遊程路線），提供國內各機關團體、企業家庭日、家族旅遊及學校校外教學參考，以推廣食米教育面向。
