親愛的全校同仁大家好:
本校將於112年10月20日(五)於活動中心施打流感疫苗，請記得攜帶健保卡，接種疫苗後應多加留意自身身體狀況，多喝水、多休息，並請詳閱流感疫苗接種後注意事項內容。
★本次施打疫苗廠牌為《國光》疫苗，家長告知書於10/16(一)集合衛生股長發放，請導師們協助提醒孩子們張貼於聯絡簿內，以利家長知悉。
