| (一) | 上課期間預定112年9月9日至11月11日間之週六、日，11月25日考試，以「遠距視訊教學混合班」進行課程，課程時數(含考試)總計50小時。 |
| (二) | 訓練費用：將於開課前另行通知各參訓同仁依本案委託代辦決標單價每人新臺幣5,800元整繳納至指定帳戶，並俟各同仁成績及格取得證照後，始得視各機關及學校規定，自行向原任職機關及學校申請撥付參訓費用；惟未完成參訓或考試成績不及格致無法取得證照者，由參訓者自行負擔。 |
| (三) | 參訓人數：開設1班次，以50人為上限。 |
