查111年6月22日修正公布之公務員服務法(以下簡稱服務法)第15條對於公務員兼職限制規範，係整併並修正原服務法第14條、第14條之2及第14條之3規定，同時將公務員於公餘時間得否從事執行職務以外之事務相關重要解釋予以明文規定，以及增訂應經權責機關(構)同意或備查規定，爰基於服務法第15條規範立法原意及相關解釋脈絡，銓敘部為利各機關(構)人事實務運作順遂，爰就該條規定「同意」、「備查」之適用情形作成旨揭令釋。
