公務人員擬依公務人員任用法第22條第2項規定，為親自養育3足歲以下子女，於實際任職達公務人員考試法所定限制轉調期間三分之一以上後，調任至該子女實際居住地之其他機關服務者，其子女是否為3足歲以下，以擬任機關辦理指名商調之日為認定時點；至實際任職達限制轉調期間三分之一以上之認定，以自取得考試及格資格之日起，實際任職至調任其他機關到職日之前一日止。
