為落實公務人員任用法（以下簡稱任用法）第22條第2項建構友善生養職場環境規定意旨，爰銓敘部函轉旨揭令以，現職公務人員另參加公務人員考試錄取分配他機關實施訓練，符合任用法第22條第2項規定者，得類推適用任用法第22條第2項至第4項規定，認屬具任用法施行細則第21條之1所定擬任職務法定任用資格，依該條規定先派代理並依限送審。
