一、配合災害防救法於111年6月15日修正公布及因應地方政府之停止上班上課雨量參考基準值之實際需求，爰行政院修正停班停課辦法部分條文及第4條附表，說明如下：
(一) 配合災害防救法第2條第1款第1目規定，將「土石流災害」修正為「土石流及大規模崩塌災害」，爰配合修正停班停課辦法第3條、第7條、第10條及第11條等所定災害類型。
(二) 為使各通報權責機關停止上班上課雨量參考基準值符合實際需求，爰修正停班停課辦法第4條附表之「各通報權責機關停止上班上課雨量參考基準一覽表」。
