一、為落實釋字第785號解釋保障公務員健康權之旨，行政院依公務員服務法第12條第3項及第6項授權規定，已於111年12月21日訂定發布旨揭服勤辦法，以規範行政院與所屬中央及地方各機關（構）公務員延長辦公時數上限之例外規定及輪班輪休人員勤休相關事項。
