公務人員補休期限業依公務人員保障法第23條及「各機關加班費支給辦法」第6條規定，由1年變更為2年，考量學校公務人員與教師之補休衡平性，爰教師之加班、公假及公差要件事實發生於112年1月1日以後者，補休期限比照公務人員為2年，至事實發生於111年12月31日以前者，仍依原規定辦理。
