一、查銓敘部92年3月17日部法二字第0922225166號令略以，公務人員親屬為大體老師，並有逾百日期限尚未執行之喪假者，基於傳統禮俗及人道立場，該部同意就其應給之喪假日數範圍內，得由服務機關斟酌公務人員辦理喪葬事宜之實際需要，覈實認定給假。
二、基於公教一致性規範，公立學校教師有類此情形亦比照辦理。
