按各機關對於公教人員保險及公（政）務人員退撫法令之適用及實務運作等相關疑義，歷係由銓敘部以行政令釋加以補充規範，惟自公務人員退休資遣撫卹法於107年7月1日起施行後，因該法及其相關配套法令，或有新增原退撫法令所無之規定，或有部分規定於法制與實務上已有所變革，致部分解釋因相關法規已有明文、原解釋已無適用情形，或該部非權管機關等由而應予廢止（停止適用），為避免各機關或公務員誤續援用上述解釋，銓敘部業已彙整該等解釋之日期、文號及廢止（停止適用）原因如旨揭一覽表。
