一、茲依修正公務人員保障法第104條第2項規定立法說明載以，為使機關因應新修正加班補償制度所生之補休假人力調配，及加班費結算之預算因應，爰應以該法第23條修正條文施行日(112年1月1日)起發生之加班事實，始有適用。
