一、依據紀念日及節日實施辦法第4條第6款規定略以，原住民族歲時祭儀等民俗節日放假1日，各該原住民族放假日期由原住民族委員會公告。
二、原住民族歲時祭儀為法定休假日，凡具原住民身分者，得從本人、其父母或其配偶之民族別歲時祭儀期間擇一日放假，持足資證明族別文件即可放假，除此之外無須提供任何證明。
三、相關資訊亦公開於原住民族委員會全球行政資訊網「歲時祭儀專區」（http://www.cip.gov.tw），歡迎自行下載取用。
