據保訓會函略以，依銓敘部109年6月18日部法二字第10949464921號令，各機關辦理所屬公務人員考績時，如遇受考人於考核期間全無工作事實，除係冒險犯難因公傷病請公假所致者外，類推適用公務人員因個人因素留職停薪不在職情形，不辦理年終（另予）考績，爰刪除旨揭實施計畫第3點第1款但書規定。
