一、為強化公教人員保險被保險人權益，並符消除對婦女一切形式歧視公約施行法規定，爰修正本標準附表，參考勞工保險失能給付標準第三條附表修正，生殖失能種類第 4-20 號部分失能之失能標準，刪除「年齡未滿四十五歲」之規定
