| 說明： |
| 一、 | 依據本中心111年度「我的愛家日記—兒童成長營」實施計畫辦理。 |
| 二、 | 為協助青少年在尋找自我的歷程中，能以正向的眼光看待與接納自我及家人，特辦理旨揭活動。 |
| 三、 | 活動日期： |
| (一) | 第一梯次：111年8月9日、8月10日（星期二、三）共2日，9時至16時。 |
| (二) | 第二梯次：111年8月20日、8月21日（星期六、日）共2日，9時至16時。 |
| 四、 | 活動地點：桃園市婦女館（桃園市桃園區延平路147號）。 |
| 五、 | 參加對象：就讀本市學校，今（111）年8月升國小五、六年級及升國中一年級之學童，每梯次30人；報名學童須全程參與二天課程，且家長須參與第二天下午成果發表活動。 |
| 六、 | 報名方式：於111年7月22日（五）前填寫報名表單（https://reurl.cc/zZKrkk），錄取名單將於111年7月29月（五）於本中心網站公告，並以e-mail通知。 |
| 七、 | 活動簡章可至家庭教育中心網站（https://family.tycg.gov.tw/）下載。 |
