旨揭貸款借款人負擔利率市府前以3月31日府人給字第1110081996號函轉知，自111年3月23日起由0.887%調升為1.137%，現配合中央減輕民眾貸款利息負擔，調整借款人負擔利率僅調升0.125%，爰旨揭貸款借款人負擔利率亦配合由0.887%調整為1.012%，並溯自同年3月23日生效。
