一、為原住民族委員會業依99年部落調查結果之基礎，並經徵詢各族代表及地方政府意見，彙整公告111年度放假日期，本次公告新增之便民措施如下：
(一)歲時祭儀放假日一律採用「一定期間」的形式，便利族人彈性選擇放假日期。
(二)具原住民身分者得從本人、父母或原住民配偶所屬民族之歲時祭儀放假日中，任擇一日放假。
(三)特別於公告中明定，只需戶口名簿或戶籍謄本等原住民族別身分證明，就能向雇主或學校辦理放假一日，無需其他證明文件。
二、「歲時祭儀常見問題集」增列問題15，歲時祭儀若逢國定假日及其補假日，得於前1個上班日或後1個上班日，擇1日補假。
