一、依公教人員保險法第48條規定，目前年金規定僅適用於私立學校之被保險人及離退給與法令未定有月退休（職、伍）給與，亦未定有優惠存款制度者（但法定機關編制內有給之民選公職人員及政務人員不適用）。
