| 一、 | 依據教育部國民及學前教育署110年8月30日臺教國署學第1100110208號函辦理。 |
| 二、 | 查兵役法第4條第1項第1款規定：「具有下列情形之一者，免服兵役，稱為免役：一、身心障礙或有痼疾，達不堪服役標準。」，以及第5條第1項：「有下列情形之一者，禁服兵役，稱為禁役：一、曾判處五年以上有期徒刑者。二、執行有期徒刑在監合計滿三年者。」。 |
| 三、 | 又「毒品危害防制條例」第10條：「施用第一級毒品者，處六月以上五年以下有期徒刑。施用第二級毒品者，處三年以下有期徒刑。」，第11-1條第2項：「無正當理由持有或施用第三級或第四級毒品者，處新臺幣一萬元以上五萬元以下罰鍰，並應限期令其接受四小時以上八小時以下之毒品危害講習。」。 |
| 四、 | 爰上，施用毒品除有害身心外，並無免服兵役之可能，倘誤用第一、二級毒品(如混合型毒品咖啡包)，其刑期較兵役更長，請提醒學生勿受網路謠言誤導，自毀前程。 |
