一、因應110年5月至7月疫情影響，為維護在職進修教師取得較高學歷辦理改敘之權益，若教師於110年10月31日前通過學位考試及取得學位證書，視為109學年度第2學期畢業者，渠等向服務學校辦理較高學歷改敘時，改敘日期得溯自110年7月31日生效。倘教師未能於110年10月31日前完成者，則視同延畢，渠等辦理較高學歷改敘之日期，依教師待遇條例施行細則第6條規定自申請之日生效。
