一、本案公告徵件期間自即日起延長至110年9月30日止，參選方式有：
(一)自行參選：由參選人以本人名義自行申請。
(二)推薦參選：由政府機關、學校或政府立案之民間團體（機構）推薦，且應繳附被推薦者親自簽署之同意書。
二、檢附桃園市客家卓越貢獻人員表揚要點、桃園市客家卓越貢獻人員2021年參選注意事項各1份或請至市府客家事務局網站便民服務區（http://www.hakka.tycg.gov.tw/）查詢下載。
