公務人員現於COVID-19防疫期間如有申請延長婚假實施期限之需要，係依行政院人事行政總處109年4月13日修正發布之「因應COVID-19可能發生之人事問題及因應作為」相關說明辦理。茲因近期國內疫情升溫，為積極防止疫情傳播，公務人員於COVID-19防疫期間，因疫情嚴峻致無法於公務人員請假規則所定期限內請畢婚假者，得經機關同意，於疫情結束（按：經參考衛生福利部意見，上開疫情結束定為COVID-19中央流行疫情指揮中心解散之日）後1年內請畢；又為保障公務人員請假權益，是類人員經服務機關同意延長婚假實施期限後，如於該期限內調職至他機關，仍賡續適用原經同意延長之婚假實施期限，無須另為申請。
