| 主旨： | 因應疫情警戒防疫之需，停辦本學年度五專聯合免試入學招生現場登記分發報到，改由各區招生委員會辦理「網路選填登記志願與電腦統一分發」作業，惠請輔導並轉知免試生，詳如說明，請查照。 |
| 說明： |
| 一、 | 依據技專校院招生策略委員會110年5月20日召開因應嚴重特殊傳染性肺炎緊急應變小組第6次會議決議，並經110年6月2日110學年度北區五專聯合免試入學招生委員會危機事件處理小組第2次會議決議通過。 |
| 二、 | 因應疫情防範避免人員群聚，停辦本學年度五專聯合免試入學招生現場登記分發報到，改由各區招生委員會辦理「網路選填登記志願與電腦統一分發」作業。 |
| 三、 | 110學年度北區五專聯合免試入學招生「重要日程修訂表」及「網路選填登記志願、電腦統一分發、錄取結果公告與複查及報到與放棄規定」，如附件一、二所示。相關重要日程如下： |
| (一) | 網路選填登記志願時間：110年7月9日上午10:00起至 110年7月14日中午12:00止。 |
| (二) | 網路錄取公告及分發結果查詢：110年7月15日9：00起。 |
| (三) | 分發結果複查受理時間：110年7月15日9：00起至7月15日17:00止。 |
| (四) | 報到及放棄時間：110年7月19日15：00前，依照錄取學校所通知之報到方式(含網路、傳真、通訊或郵寄文件)辦理報到手續。 |
| 四、 | 因應疫情應變相關資訊，可至本委員會網站「防疫應變專區」查詢(https://www.jctv.ntut.edu.tw/enter5/)。 |
