一、鼓勵所屬人員上網學習公務人員行政中立及公務倫理相關課程，凡於110年內至「e等公務園+學習平臺」文官e學苑加盟專區完成「公務人員行政中立法與實務」課程，經線上成績評量達90分以上者，即可參加個人獎抽獎；另各機關學校如有15人以上完成上開行政中立數位課程，且課後評量成績均及格者，即可參加團體獎抽獎，保訓會將於111年1月辦理抽獎並致贈行政中立相關宣導品。
