經縣外介聘至新竹縣之專任輔導教師，獲學校聘任後，應在該縣國民中(小)學實際擔任專任輔導教師滿10年，如具有其他類科合格教師證，在校內可提供轉任之缺額前提下，由學校整體考量並經校內教師評審委員會審查通過後，始可轉任國中(小)其他類科教師。
