| 一、 | 依據臺北市立中山女子高級中學109年12月9日北市中山教字第1093011436號函辦理。 |
| 二、 | 旨揭活動資訊摘錄如下（詳見實施計畫）： |
| (一) | 活動對象：符合下列條件之一者可報名。 |
| １、 | 目前就讀數理資優班國中女性學生。 |
| ２、 | 目前為數理校本資優教育方案國中女性學生。 |
| ３、 | 對數理科學有濃厚興趣國中女性學生。 |
| (二) | 活動時間及地點：110年1月21日(星期四)上午8時30分至下午5時假中山女高科學館（臺北市中山區長安東路二段141號）辦理。 |
| (三) | 報名方式：請於110年1月5日(星期二)前將報名表傳真至臺北市立中山女子高級中學教務處特教組(傳真：02-25034549)。錄取名單將於110年1月8日(星期五)公告於該校首頁「最新消息」處。如獲錄取，請於110年1月14日(星期四)前完成繳費。 |
| 三、 | 本案錄取同學之公假，由學校逕依「學生請假規則」等相關規定，本權責卓處。 |
