| 一、 | 依教育部114年「防制學生藥物濫用輔導網絡服務方案」實施計畫辦理。 |
| 二、 | 實施對象及人數：本市高級中等學校含以下學生以有中輟、特定人員、藥物濫用之虞或具行為偏差之虞為主或對本次活動富興趣之一般學生為輔及各校隨隊老師1員(無強制) ，上述計 25人，若報名人數超過，本局將由長官遴選錄取。 |
| 三、 | 活動日期：114年7月9至7月11日（星期三至五），共計三天二夜，參加人員請於7月9日0730時前(自行前往)桃園高中集合報到（桃園區成功路三段38號)。 |
| 四、 | 活動地點：嘉義阿里山地區(特富野古道)。 |
| 五、 | 名額有限，請於114年6月25日（三）前將「附表2-報名表」、「附表3-家長同意書」PDF掃描檔寄至電子郵件信箱10042727@ms.tyc.edu.tw，或傳真至教育局學輔校安室彙辦，傳真電話：(03)3346664。 |
| 六、 | 各校參加人員請於114年6月25日(三)前完成Google表單填報以利平安保險投保，表單網址：https://reurl.cc/VYbLzb (請學校師長協助學生填寫)，名額有限，請(學務處及輔導室)共同薦派並鼓勵學生踴躍參加。 |
| 七、 | 學校帶隊教師、教官（學創）及參加學生惠請學校准予公（差）假參與。 |
