| (一) | 請有意願參與之教師須於以下所定時間前至「全國教師在職進修資訊網」完成報名(https://reurl.cc/lN45a9)、填復相關報名表後傳至電子信箱(yishan0218@ntnu.edu.tw)，以利核發研習時數： |
| １、 | 北區場次：於114年2月24日(星期一)前完成報名，訂於114年2月28日(星期五)前公告錄取名單。 |
| ２、 | 中區場次：於114年3月3日(星期一)前完成報名，訂於114年3月7日(星期五)前公告錄取名單。 |
| ３、 | 南區場次：於114年3月31日(星期一)前完成報名，訂於114年4月4日(星期五)前公告錄取名單。 |
