| 說明： |
| 一、 | 依據本市學生輔導諮商中心113年青少年生涯探索號計畫辦理。 |
| 二、 | 旨揭計畫目的係為協助未就學未就業青少年適性轉銜就學、就業或參加職訓，以奠定未來生涯發展基礎，先予敘明。 |
| 三、 | 輔導對象：年滿15歲至18歲青少年，符合下列身分之一者： |
| (一) | 國中畢業（修業完成）後，未曾升學、目前未就業，生涯未定向有轉銜扶助需求之青少年（主要服務對象）。 |
| (二) | 高級中等學校已錄取未註冊之青少年。 |
| (三) | 高級中等學校中離或未能穩定升學，目前未就業之青少年。 |
