| 四、 | 報名方式：從同德國中首頁(http://www.tdjhs.tyc.edu.tw)下載報名表與家長同意書，填妥後於上班時間至同德國中教務處繳交報名表與家長同意書(亦可現場填寫)並繳費，亦可掃填寫線上報名表（連結網址https://forms.gle/AXAqkZJk161Nk5J29）後，於上班時間至同德國中教務處確認資料無誤後補填寫報名表與家長同意書並繳費。 |
