| 一、 | 為推廣海洋科學與科技概念，鼓勵青少年「動手做」、發揮「創意與巧思」並培養運用STEAM跨科領域知識，增加解決問題的精神與能力，同時提供其「深度認識與體驗」海洋科技的機會。 |
| 二、 | 參加對象：全國9-12年級學生，由各校薦派學生，或由學生自行組隊參加，每隊由2名學生組成1隊，且必須有現職學校教師(或家長) 1名擔任指導老師。 |
| 三、 | 競賽獎勵：參賽隊伍頒發參賽證明，決賽獲選隊伍將頒發獎金及獎狀。 |
| 四、 | 報名方式：活動官網報名，自即日起至110年9月5日截止。 |
