| 說明： |
| 一、 | 雲林縣維多利亞實驗高級中學為協助成績優異、有心向學，而資源欠缺之學子，規劃每年濟助十位學生，國高中生每學年至多共十位，提供全額獎學金（學費、食宿或交通費用等）。本案多年來已資助多位青年學子錄取頂大，期盼各位師長推薦貴校此類同學，成為其生命中的貴人。 |
| 二、 | 受助學生，未來進入社會，需誓為他人付出，為國家盡忠、社會盡力、對父母盡孝，並於行有餘力，積極回饋社會，歡迎各校舉薦並協助宣導。 |
| 三、 | 申請辦法及方式 |
| (一) | 由各級學校校長、師長、家長、社會人士或學生自我推薦。 |
| (二) | 請郵寄下列資料至雲林縣維多利亞實驗高級中學教務處夢想一百小組憑辦(640雲林縣斗六市鎮南路1110號「夢想100小組」收)1.填妥推薦表，推薦表須經申請者之學校校長核章。2.中英文自傳格式、近兩年成績證明、導師推薦表。 |
| (三) | 申請時間：115年9月23日至116年2月26日止(郵戳為憑)。 |
| (四) | 雲林縣維多利亞實驗高級中學將於116年3月12日前逐批通知筆試及口試。 |
| 四、 | 「夢想一百」助學計畫內容詳如附件3。 |
