| 說明： |
| 一、富邦慈善基金會自91年推出「用愛心做朋友」活動以來，助學人（捐款人）每月之捐款全數用於受助學生，期能幫助更多家境清寒的同學順利完成學業。 |
| 二、為了能夠更切合現今學生的就學所需，同時簡化學校作業流程，富邦慈善基金會2025年起推動用愛心做朋友助學活動2.0版，第一次合作學校請先填寫附件「學校帳戶資料」予基金會開通線上帳密，詳情請參考附件「用愛心做朋友2.0」活動說明與常見QA。 |
| 三、助學金乃為協助貧困學生就學使用，補助人數將配合募款成果調整，名額有限，依老師推薦內容進行評核，為最具助學金需求之學生提供補助，請老師務必確認資料完整，並詳述該生困難點，未通過者不另行通知。 |
| 四、校內收件截止日期為115年10月23日(五)。 |
