| (一) | 報考資格：公、私立國民中學或高級中學附設國民中學部畢業者（含應屆）、國民中學附設補習學校結業或具同等學力資格者，且符合報考年齡。 |
| (二) | 報名方式：一律採網路填表報名，時間自115年1月12日（星期一）至1月19日（星期一）止，逾期不予受理。 |
