為激勵清寒學生求學上進的精神，協助勤奮向學之學生順利完成學業，積極彰顯社會公平正義，實現人盡其才的教育目標。
申請資格: (須符合下列條件)
1. 就讀國內經政府立案之公私立國中在學學生。
2. 家庭經濟困頓確實需要幫助者。
3. 具有參羽節能省碳、低能能源、永續能源及核能相關活動(含講座、營隊及科展)等經驗。
助學金額: 3,000元整。
