(一)招生學系：舞蹈學系七年一貫制學士班。
(二)報考資格：公、私立國民中學或高級中學附設國民中學部畢業者（含應屆）、國民中學附設補習學校結業或具
同等學力資格者，且符合報考年齡。
(三)報名方式：一律採網路填表通訊報名，報名時間自113年2月19日（星期一）至2月23日（星期五）止，逾期不予受理。
