| (一) | 附件一「112學年度試辦學習區完全免試入學重要日程表」：新增開放系統志願選填時間為112年5月2日(星期二)中午12時至5月10日(星期三)中午12時，貴校可於系統內匯入報名學生資料，並列印報名表件以協助學生提前備齊相關佐證附件。 |
| (二) | 附件四「桃園市112學年度試辦學習區完全免試入學實施方案」：文件內附件三「多元學習表現項目積分申復表」，其均衡學習項目採計應為7上至9上共五學期成績單，爰更正佐證資料附件說明。 |
| 二、 | 檢送更正日程表及實施方案各1份，請依更正後表件辦理相關事宜。 |
