| 一、 | 旨揭獎助（勵）學金獲獎名單業公告於本署全球資訊網 |
| （https://www.immigration.gov.tw）、新住民培力發展資訊網(https://ifi.immigration.gov.tw）及新住民及其子女培力與獎助（勵）學金系統(https://sp.immigration.gov.tw）。 |
| 二、 | 有關獲獎學生所屬學校，請依下列方式辦理請款： |
| (一) | 國中及國小學生：請學校於111年7月6日（星期三）前，登入新住民及其子女培力與獎助（勵）學金系統（https://sp.immigration.gov.tw），下載列印載有流水編號之印領清冊，並經全數獲獎同學親自簽名後，檢附校方開立以「內政部移民署」為抬頭之收據，以掛號郵寄本署（100臺北市廣州街15號移民事務組科員王郁婷收），逾期未送或缺漏資料經以電話及系統E─ｍail各通知校方1次後，仍未於1週內以掛號補件者，視同自願放棄。 |
| (二) | 高中（職）以上學生：請學校於111年7月6日（星期三）前，登入新住民及其子女培力與獎助（勵）學金系統 |
| （https://sp.immigration.gov.tw），下載列印載有流水編號之收據及印領清冊，並經全數獲獎同學親自簽名後，檢附獲獎同學個人存簿封面影本，以掛號郵寄本署（100臺北市中正區廣州街15號移民事務組科員王郁婷收），逾期未送或缺漏資料經以電話及系統E─mail各通知校方1次後，仍未於1週內以掛號補件者，視同自願放棄。 |
