| 一、 | 依據教育部111年6月1日臺教授國部字第1110068897號函及教育部111年6月2日臺教技(一)字第1110055874號函辦理。 |
| 二、 | 因應111年國中教育會考受嚴重特殊傳染性肺炎疫情影響，考試期間因確診尚未解隔離、快篩陽性未經PCR檢驗及未獲PCR檢驗結果之考生，須參加111年6月4日、6月5日舉辦的補行考試（以下簡稱補考）。為確保補考各項試務作業順利進行，有關補考成績單寄發將延期1週，爰配合修正旨揭日程表，請貴校透過多元管道向學生及家長加強宣導。 |
| 三、 | 檢附教育部函影本及111學年度國中教育會考及全國高級中等學校與專科學校五年制適性入學重要日程表（截錄修正後內容）1份供參。副本抄送本局國中教育科、特殊教育科及體育保健科，敬請協助宣導。 |
