| 二、 | 旨揭簡章可至新北市立金山高級中學校網首頁(https://www.cshs.ntpc.edu.tw)高中招生資訊下載使用。 |
| 三、 | 報名及相關作業如下： |
| (一) | 報名日期:111年3月14日(一)起至111年3月25日(五)止。 |
| (二) | 應屆畢業生一律由就讀國中學校代為辦理集體報名，非應屆畢業生請自行掛號郵寄報名。 |
| (三) | 請於報名截止前將報名資料正本，以掛號郵寄新北市立金山高級中學教務處註冊組收(以郵戳為憑)。 |
| (四) | 報名費：免費。 |
| (五) | 錄取公告：111年4月8日(五)上午9時前。 |
| (六) | 錄取報到：111年4月11日(一)下午1時至4時。 |
| (七) | 錄取報到學生之畢業證書，請各校以掛號郵寄新北市立金山高級中學教務處。 |
| (八) | 其他相關規定請詳閱招生簡章。 |
