| 一、 | 本校110學年度科學班甄選入學簡章已公告於本校首頁。 |
| 二、 | 報名方式：紙本填寫資料+購買郵政匯票+郵寄繳件。 |
| 三、 | 繳交資料：依簡章所列，另增加健康關懷表及切結書。 |
| 四、 | 因應嚴重特殊傳染性肺炎(COVID-19)，本校辦理110學年度科學班甄選入學將依中央流行疫情指揮中心及教育部規範於2月22日報名開始前、報名期間、檢定期間進行各項防疫試務作業滾動式公告，敬請留意本校網站之相關公告。 |
| 五、 | 重要時程： |
| (一) | 郵寄繳件時間：110年2月22日至3月5日，郵戳為憑，不辦理現場繳件。 |
| (二) | 科學能力檢定：110年3月13日。 |
| (三) | 實驗實作：110年3月20-21日。(通過科學能力檢定者) |
| (四) | 放榜：110年3月31日。 |
| (五) | 正取生報到：110年4月9日。 |
| 六、 | 本甄選不另製發甄選證，相關甄選注意事項，請參閱簡章附件四「甄選時程表及注意事項」，也請自行下載使用。「甄選通知及甄選時程表」非為甄選當日甄選生入場之必要文件，未攜帶至甄選場地亦無罰則，惟為利於甄選生查找甄選場地及時程，建議甄選生攜帶。 |
