| 一、 | 依據教育部國民及學前教育署109年12月9日臺教國署原字第1090151805號函及內政部移民署109年12月1日移署移字第10901254501號函辦理。 |
| 二、 | 為提供全國清寒及優秀之新住民及其子女適當關懷扶助及獎勵，同時鼓勵新住民積極參加技術士技能檢定取得證照，培養新住民子女特殊優秀才能，增加社會競爭力，特研訂旨揭計畫。 |
| 三、 | 本（109）學年度計畫異動內容，摘述如下： |
| (一) | 核發獎項： |
| １、 | 特殊才能優秀學生獎勵金：增加國際國中科學奧林匹亞競賽、國際數理學科奧林匹亞競賽、國際性(含亞洲地區或亞洲暨太平洋地區)身心障礙者運動賽會、國際技能競賽、國際展能節職業技能競賽及亞洲技能競賽、全國技能競賽及全國身心障礙者技能競賽，共計8獎項。 |
| ２、 | 新住民證照獎勵金：增加單一級別證照獎勵金。 |
| (二) | 核發金額：新住民子女優秀與清寒學生獎（助）學金調整一致，各組別核發金額自3,000元至1萬2,000元不等。 |
| 四、 | 有關計畫要內報名期間預計自110年2月22日（星期一）至同年3月15日（星期一）止，請各校推薦及鼓勵符合條件之新住民及其子女踴躍報名，並依限於新住民及其子女培力與獎助（勵）學金系統(https://sp.immigration.gov.tw)完成線上申報以及寄送申請表格與相關佐證資料至移民署彙辦(100臺北市廣州街15號，移民事務組洪偉玲科員)。 |
